Check what you want installed, uncheck what you don't want installed Notice may not have uninstalled correctly I attempted to uninstall MyWinlocker Suite two weeks ago and I just discovered it's still there. An install wizard appears and I am not given the choice to uninstall, only install. It says to check what you want to install and uncheck what you do not want installed.so I didn't check anything.

At that time I did get a notice that it may not have uninstalled correctly and was clueless about this. I just took some screenshots of what I am presented with (I just canceled this time). Hi Libra, From the pictures you posted and from what you said in your initial post,it appears to me that you tried to install it,then for whatever reason decided to not install it and cancelled the operation.This would have corrupted the install,and more than likely lead to problems,you now have trying to uninstall it. If you still have the setup.exe I would try to install again(or DL new copy) and check the mywinlocker part,and let it complete. Now using Task Mgr. Stop any processes it has created and the MWL.exe in Services (and any others associated with the program) and use your Add/Remove.or its own uninstaller if it has one. The MyWinLocker Suite was preinstalled on our Acer Windows 7 computer. The Online Event Log Helper does not load and I happened to find a post on Windows Answers that MyWinLocker caused that for one user (it opens the System 32 file instead). I left those items unchecked since I wanted to uninstall - not install. I also got the last screen from the program compatibility assistant and I didn't know what to make of this and I checked it had uninstalled properly. Yesterday I noticed the MyWinlocker icon in the hidden systray items. It is strongly recommended that you decrypt all files and remove your files from the Yo-Safe before proceeding. I checked both items and the next screen showed it was uninstalling Winlocker Suite! So I'm not sure if it was the tool or checking the items, but it's now removed.
