When I push down as hard as I can, I only seem to get about 2.5' compression. This is with about 10 psi air pressure.

I weigh 160 and at this pressure the sag is still '0'. If I use less air pressure I get excessive brake dive. I am assuming the fork oil level is too high. If so, can I adjust the oil level to the typical 50mm below the top of stanchion thread spec.?

The Marzocchi Oil Level Table spec. For this fork is 125/. Does the '-' suggest there is no oil in the left leg and 125cc in the right (rebound,air cartridge) leg? Also, does the plastic lockout knob just pull off for removal? I just bought a new 2006 All-Mountain 2 ETA fork and it's great except for the part where when I engage ETA the fork doesn't stay down but slowly creeps back up which basically makes ETA useless. The funny thing is that this happens even if I let all air completely out. It still creeps back up after I push it down.
